The award winning four star Copthorne Hotel Sheffield has teamed up with leading leisure operator Sheffield International Venues (SIV) for an exciting new business tourism partnership.

The Copthorne has had a very successful 18 months since opening in January 2009. The luxury boutique style hotel, which has 158 bedrooms, has achieved an AA rosette, two Eat Sheffield awards and recently secured the best newcomer accolade at the Sheffield Restaurant of the Year awards for the 18Fifty5 restaurant at the Copthorne Hotel.

SIV operates one of the largest concentrations of diverse international and community sports venues in Europe. Its portfolio of 14 facilities, including Ponds Forge International Sports Centre, Sheffield Arena and Sheffield City Hall, hosts more than 2,000 events and attracts four million customers every year.
