RFID n Print, NSW-based manufacturer of 4ID wristbands and labels, announced two innovative products at the AALARA Conference and Expo this year.

The new products were developed with the customer in mind by offering cost savings and additional revenue opportunities; both especially important in these economic times.

Wristband Singles is a new patented dispensing system for wristbands that is the first of its kind for the entertainment industry. Wristbands have typically been printed on sheets or rolls which then have to be manually separated at time of dispensing. With the Wristband Singles system, wristbands are pre-separated into singles, and then placed in a cartridge of 250 bands allowing for dispensing of wristbands one at a time.

The convenient secure package offers numerous benefits to customers. Parks can see reduced queue lines at park entry as speed of dispensing is increased, employee pilferage is reduced and accurate inventory ensured with the innovative see-through window on the cartridge.

Labour needed at park entry is also reduced allowing parks to reduce or reallocate employees. "We are already seeing unprecedented interest in Wristband Singles," said Bruce Hegan, director of RFID n Print. "It has already surpassed our expectations and we are enjoying making both park administration and park employees happy with the new dispensing system."

Peel 2 Reveal tabs are customisable peel off labels located on the surface of the wristband. These labels can be printed with a message, a barcode or both and can be used as a food or drink redemption ticket. Additionally, the area underneath the label can be custom printed with an advert, branding or promotional message. With RFID n Print's proprietary digital printing capabilities, these messages can be randomized or personalised with variable data. The smooth glossy surface of 4ID Wristbands allows these tabs to adhere strongly but be removed easily.

"We developed Peel 2 Reveal tabs in response to a customer need," Mr. Hegan explained. "Many of our customers were already using the 4ID Wristbands at events where redemptions had to be tracked. By adding a simple label we have opened up amazing promotional opportunities for both our clients and event sponsors." Details: www.rfidprint.com.au
