Dr Mary Tabacchi Award recipient is revealed
Cornell University student Alison Harrigan has become the second beneficiary of the International Spa Association Foundation's Mary Tabacchi Scholarship.
Harrigan will receive a contribution towards her education as well as a place at the 2009 ISPA Conference and Expo, in October, in Texas, US.
"Alison Harrigan embodies everything the scholarship selection committee was looking for - she is a leader, is involved in several school organisations and has a passion for the spa industry," said ISPA Foundation President Edwin Neill. "We look forward to watching her thrive in the spa industry."
The scholarship is named in honor of industry pioneer and Cornell University Associate Professor Mary H. Tabacchi, Ph.D., R.D. Details: experienceispa.com
