Jumeirah Restaurants, the restaurant division of Dubai-based hospitality company Jumeirah, and Caprice Holdings, owner of The Ivy restaurant brand have joined forces to launch a new site in Dubai.
The Ivy Dubai will open in The Boulevard, Jumeirah Emirates Towers in the spring of 2011 and offer 172 covers – including a private dining room for up to 16 people.
The Ivy will be the first of a line of Caprice Holdings' restaurants to open since the announcement in August of a deal that will see Jumeirah Restaurants roll out the Caprice Holdings' brands in the Middle East.
