Everyone Active is expanding its wellness offering, following the feedback of members who have joined the You+ programme, which was launched in January.

Available from August, the extended offering will include wellness retreats, featuring sound bath sessions, sunset and sunrise yoga, yoga Nidra and restorative yoga.

Responding to growing demand among a younger demographic for social fitness, Friday night socials will also be launched.

There will also be a breathwork concept, with one session available each week at group exercise facilities. Reformer Pilates is being expanded to 10 more locations in 2026 and technology, such as hydrotherapy beds, will be introduced.

“We’ll continue to work with industry experts to help guide our offering and ensure we have research-backed guidance for our customers,” says Duncan Jefford, Everyone Active’s regional director.

“We’re also expanding our panel of experts to include nutritional advice from Nutrable, working alongside current consultants such as physiologist Oliver Patrick and psychologist Dr Vanessa Moulton – to provide customers with the tools to live a healthier life.

“This complements our new café offering Jonny Wilkinson's One Living products, including kombucha drinks, so we're promoting wellness in all areas of our business.”

Everyone Active made a decisive move into the wellness area in January, when it launched the You+ membership, designed in collaboration with Patrick. It gives members a 360-degree solution to health across the six key pillars of lifestyle: brain health, movement, nutrition, recovery, sleep and social wellness. The membership offers intelligent guided consultations, personalised coaching, community schemes, education programmes, exclusive in-centre wellness classes and more.

Jefford says You+ is helping the company to reach new audiences. More than 40,000 people have signed up to date, representing more than 16 per cent of Everyone Active’s new membership sales across the business.

In May, 21 per cent of customers completed a face-to-face consultation with a You+ coach and 26 per cent of customers completed the digital consultation.

“Over the last six months, we’ve learned that recovery was the top area of interest, with 2,500+ members selecting this as the priority area,” says Jefford. “This enables us to continually evolve our offering and adapt to support their knowledge in the recovery space. These insights are being used to shape the future services and inform areas for strategic investment.”
