Executive Health Club opens in SW1

Victoria Park Plaza hotel, which recently opened 12 luxury apartments, has now launched its Executive Health Club.

The 2,500sq m club will be managed by Tim and Anne Bean of Total Physique Management and guests of both the hotel and the apartments will receive complimentary memberships.

Victoria Park Plaza is only offering a limited number of memberships to the public to ensure each member receives personalised service and a programme tailored to their specific needs.

Tim Bean, previously a celebrity personal trainer at the Harbour Club, will be available on site to provide all members with personalised fitness regimes.

'We believe in body sculpting and can help our members achieve anything - all it takes is the inclination to achieve fast and dramatic results,' says Bean.

Facilities at the club include a gym, equipped with cv and resistance machines as well as free weights supplied by Precor.

There is also a sauna, steamroon and spa pool as well as two beauty rooms offering treatments including deep tissue aromatherapy massage, manicures, pedicures, intensive brush and steam facials and body fat analysis.
