F*tness f* creating the 2013 Reebok EasyTone Step programme
F*tness f* has been commissioned to produce the Reebok EasyTone Step programme set to launch in January 2013.
The Reebok EasyTone Step will aim to improve cardio, core and balance.
F*tness f* will also be launching its T3 Train, Track and Transform programmes in 2013. The T3 programmes will offer a shorter, 30 minute version of a longer programme, that can be delivered by ETM instructors, gym instructors and personal trainers.
The high intensity exercise sequences can be performed with or without music on the gym floor or in the studio.
F*tness f*’s 2013 series of programmes will also be supported by a REPs accredited course which can be studied in either a distance study format, or a blended study format involving online study plus a one day practical workshop.
There are no licence fees and there’s a cost effective ‘bridging course’ for anyone currently teaching Les Mills classes.
There are no quarterly workshops to attend - instead the instructor purchases tri-annual updates to keep their classes fresh and up to date.
F*tness f* programmes are designed to incorporate the latest trends and can be adjusted by instructors to meet the varying skill and fitness levels of class participants.
