Fuller launches No.20
Concept Venues is opening a new restaurant called No.20 in Soho.
The 60-cover outlet designed by interior architect Lesley Purcell of Can Do will be located on the ground floor of the company’s new hotel — Sanctum Soho London — which is scheduled to open on Warwick Street on 21 March.
The 30-bedroom boutique property — the second in restaurateur Mark Fuller’s portfolio –will also house a 45-seat cinema, a rooftop garden and an open-air hydro spa.
The restaurant will provide hotel guests with a 24-hour room service and will be open to the public for breakfast, weekend brunch, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner.
The British food menu created by head chef Gavin Austin will offer seasonal produce.
Fuller said: “Sanctum Soho is the culmination of two years planning and an investment of just under £10m.
“We are thrilled to be opening in such a vibrant part of London, and believe Sanctum Soho will be an enticing and unique offering, both in regards of the hotel and the restaurant.
“Having worked closely with Gavin, menus will feature those guilty pleasures we all crave and some innovative treats that I know will have tongues wagging.”
