Hotel room investment company GuestInvest has teamed up with Blakes hotel in London.
GuestInvest will offer the rooms for purchase by the hotel’s regular guests.
Johnny Sandelson, chief executive of GuestInvest, said: “We will be making a multi-million pound investment to perfect the hotel services under the guidance of interior designer Anouska Hempel, ensuring that the hotel retains its signature design characteristics.
