Jumeirah Carlton Tower to host Daniel Nicholls Champagne & Diamond Charity Dinner
All BHA members are invited to attend the Daniel Nicholls Champagne and Diamond Charity Dinner on Thursday 11 May at the Jumeirah Carlton Tower Ballroom.
The four-course gourmet dinner will be prepared by a team of world renowned chefs including Raymond Blanc, Gary Rhodes, Michel Roux, Brian Turner and Simon Young, and will be served by students of the London School of Hospitality & Leisure Thames Valley University.
The dinner will be followed by a live auction of prizes including a one week stay in Pangkor Laut Resort, Malaysia, and a weekend stay at Jumeirah Essex House in New York, including flights.
All money raised will go to the Daniel Nicholls discretionary trust founded by Michel Roux to support Daniel following an accident in December 2003 which left him a tetraplegic.
Sponsors on the evening are Avakian Diamonds and Champagne Taittinger.
Tickets are £150 each or £1,300 for a table of 10.
