Life Time to open exclusive high-performance fitness and diagnostics club LT Digital Studio in New York
US country club operator Life Time will open an exclusive fitness club with performance diagnostics and personalised training facilities called LT Digital Studio in New York City, US, in September.
This third space cross-over between longevity technology, relaxation therapies and professional working collaboration facilities combines to form what Life Time is calling this club, an Innovation Lab.
The facility will offer an expansive gym and studio space with a screen that extends across a whole wall, a treatment room, meditation room, retail space, co-working meeting lounge and cafe area.
There is even a digital production studio for media content creation, such as podcasts.
The studio will offer Brian Mazza’s High Performance Lifestyle Training (HPLT). Life Time recently acquired this transformative brand.
This club will offer Life Time’s most expensive membership tier, called “LT High Performance”. This tier gives members access to elite training protocols, such as VO2 Max, RMR testing and body composition evaluation. Members can also access more than 180 Life Time clubs across the US.
Immersive meditations, breathwork sessions and yoga classes will also be available at the club, alongside group fitness classes led by top coaches.
Thought leadership summits will be arranged by Life Time, alongside networking events, invitation-only wellness retreats and members will also have access to a Life Time concierge.
The studio will also provide cutting-edge recovery therapies.
