England's premier cricket ground Lord's has seen the installation and debut of four telescopic floodlights from Abacus Lighting.
Standing at a height of 29m when not in use, the masts can be extended up to 48m when in use in just 20 minutes.
The lights provide a lighting level of 2,200 lux for players and spectators, which also meets the lighting standard required for HD transmissions.
The curved design of the floodlights is intended to complement the shape and lines of the Lord's Media Centre.
Situated at the home of the MCC, the lights have been successfully used throughout the ICC's World Twenty20 men and women's tournaments.
