Luxury ila retreat takes in the mystique of Mustique
Denise Leicester, founder of ila spa, has designed an uplifting elemental-inspired retreat which will take place on the island of Mustique.
The inaugural retreat, which runs from 10-17 November 2014, offers a highly personalised experience tailored to specific individual or group needs.
The week-long event – which also draws inspiration from Mustique’s indigenous moringa tree – begins with a personal wellness consultation and features a programme of ila treatments, yoga sound healing, meditation tuition, and sporting activities such as Nordic walking and paddle boarding.
Meanwhile, personal chefs will prepare a cleansing menu of “rejuvenation spa cuisine” throughout the week.
Those who book the retreat, which costs £4,823 ($8,080, €5,936) per person, can choose to stay in a luxury ocean view suite at the colonial style hideaway The Cotton House, or pick from a range of villas.
The retreat has also been confirmed to run in 2015, between 9-15 February and 9-15 November.
