The newly opened Miraggio Thermal Spa Resort in Greece has partnered with Amanda Hamilton, an early figure in the juicing and detox movement and a woman who has been dubbed “The Queen of Detox.”

Hamilton’s expertise in wellness and nutrition will be implemented across the resort – making wellness universal and a strong focus throughout the hotel. Hamilton has created a ‘Healthy Board’ concept, with menu selections available on every menu in every restaurant.

Hamilton's lighter diet programme – with ingredients that utilise locally sourced produce from Halkidiki as well as a juice and smoothie menu – includes dishes such as sweet orange and chili-charred squid, celeriac ribbons with toasted cumin, feta and pomegranate polenta, and crusted aubergine with honey and lime drizzle.

Miraggio Thermal Spa Resort includes a 3,000sq m (32,291sq ft) Myrthia Thermal Spa, which runs across two floors and offers a large thalassotherapy pool fed in directly from the sea, as well as four separate thermal pools and a thermal well-life suite with steam baths, a Finnish sauna, tepidarium, herbal sauna, cold plunge walking path and two experience showers.
