NEC Group continues management team reshuffle
The NEC Group has appointed a new managing director of the National Indoor Arena and the National Exhibition Centre Arena.
Phil Mead – the current deputy director of events at the Scottish Exhibition and Conference Centre in Glasgow – will join the company in January and succeed Linda Bull when she retires in June next year.
The news follows the group’s recent appointments of Paul Thandi and Martin Angle, as CEO and chair respectively.
Thandi said: “Phil will be a great addition to our management team. He is the perfect person to continue the exemplary work done by Linda Bull during her 20 years with the group.” Details: www.necgroup.co.uk
