Hotel and spa management company Naked Retreats – which featured in a recent article for Spa Business – has diversified its business by opening a stand-alone restaurant in Shanghai called Naked Bite, using the slogan ‘good food has no rules.’

Local media reports that the restaurant will be led by Michelin-star chef Stefan Stiller and the goal of the venture is to empower people to make better eating choices by bringing plant-based foods to the foreground of all diners’ diets.

By using local, organic and ethical ingredients, Naked Bite is offering farm-to-table meals.
