National Restaurateurs’ Dinner raises £50,000 for good causes
Over 350 attendees at the Restaurant Association’s National Restaurateurs’ Dinner raised around £50,000 for charitable and good causes in the industry.
The event, now in its 20th year, was organized by the Restaurant Association, with support from the Academy of Culinary Arts and the Academy of Food and Wine, took place at the Savoy in London earlier this month.
Diners were treated to a sublime menu devised and prepared by a team of London’s very best chefs.
Tony Hadley, former singer with New Romantics band Spandau Ballet, wowed guests with a stellar performance of a number of classic 80s hits, including ‘Gold’, ‘True’, and ‘Highly Strung'.
The event was sponsored by Nestle FoodServices, with the champagne reception sponsored by GH Mumm.
