Nike kits will be given to all new teams free of charge who join the new 5-a-side league starting in Ottery at the Colin Tooze Sports Centre on Sundays.

The community 5-a-side league is scheduled to operate every week in the sports hall and there will be 12 teams playing in two divisions with a promotion and relegation system.

The new league is free entry with no registration fee and is affiliated to the Football Association. All matches are officiated by qualified referees with all equipment being provided by Indoor Fives, the league operators.

Anyone over the age of sixteen can enter the league with their own team. Indoor Fives Ashley Oakes commented: "The new league is proving to be very popular in the local area with already a large number of teams showing interest. We estimate to be full to a capacity of 12 teams shortly with our unique offer of free 5aside kits to all teams that join. "
