Planet Fitness drops personal training
US-based health club chain Planet Fitness is no longer offering personal training sessions at its clubs.
The company's chief executive, Mike Grondahl, said all clubs operated directly by Planet Fitness ceased to offer personal training on 16 December.
Planet Fitness franchise operators have until March 2011 to terminate their personal training offers.
Grondahl added that group sessions will continue as normal.
