Complementary features will include a beauty therapy treatment room, a party function room, a bar and a café.Redcar and Cleveland Council has granted planning approval to Persimmon Homes and construction is scheduled to kick off on 31 October.
Sport England has provided a £500,000 grant towards the scheme.
