The BHA is pleased to announce that the latest addition to its panel of Patron Suppliers is a UK leader in its field.

Solaglas Windowcare is part of global glass giant Saint-Gobain and specialises in the repair, replacement and refurbishment of commercial glazing.

With a UK-based contact centre, Solaglas Windowcare provides a national service providing 24-7 emergency boarding and re-glazing, all-year- round. In addition it offers pre-planned maintenance of glazing, frames, doors, shutters and other parts of the building infrastructure.

The business is keen to build on its existing relationships within the hospitality sector and offer its services to facility management agencies and building and property managers.

Solaglas Windowcare believes it offers a compelling proposition that includes rapid response and a high-quality approach to customer service.

Managing director Ian Davy says: "With our strong backing and successful track-record we believe we are well-placed to provide members with a service for the long-term with a range of competitive tariffs."

He adds: "We have the capacity and capabilities to meet members' emergency glazing needs and can offer a maintenance assessment and robust plan to meet stringent HSE legislation."

The business was formed in 2002 and employs some 340 directly-employed staff at its main office in South Yorkshire and at branches sited strategically across the country. A growing concern, last year the business reported turnover of over £23m. Currently, it holds the title of Rotherham Business of the Year and was a finalist in the 2008 British Insurance Awards.
