SpaBooker partners with hospitality software vendor
SpaBooker, the spa management software company, has announced a tie-up with hospitality management system supplier Infor.
Under the agreement, Infor will integrate SpaBooker software into its Hospitality Management Solution (HMS), an enterprise software system which is aimed at hotels and has more than 70,000 customers. The integrated solution is purchased directly from Infor.
SpaBooker’s cloud-based platform offers online booking using mobile and tablet devices, which can be made both before guests arrive and while they are at a property. The application also features scheduling, reporting and other spa management tools.
The software is also designed to unify business operations by providing streamlined scheduling and booking tools for all property-managed leisure activities. Transactions can be paid for either in SpaBooker’s point of sale tool, or electronically routed to the guest’s account in HMS.
Booker is completely online, which makes it available from any computer with a browser and internet connection, anywhere, at any time, even via an iPhone or iPad.
Booker has a full-feature appointment book, advanced client record system and point-of-sale functionality.
It delivers marketing tools to build and retain business, and delivers instant gift certificates to customers. Spas can even sell retail products via the Booker e-commerce feature.
Booker links to the SpaFinder website, the number one global resource for spas.
Spa owners and managers around the world count on Booker to help them manage and drive their business.
