National Sports Development Seminar – Nottingham, June 19 and 20. THE event in the UK’s sports development calendar, this year’s key speakers include Sport England’s new chief executive, Jennie Price; John Eady; Sporting Equals’ Novlette Rennie; David Sparkes, the articulate CEO from British Swimming and the ASA; and ISPAL’s own chairman, Peter Mann. As usual there will be valuable and enjoyable workshop sessions and plenty of CPD opportunities.

The Green Flag National Awards Ceremony and Exhibition – Leeds, June 26. Come and visit the ISPAL stand, where we shall lend our listening ear to members old and new around a park bench!

Parks, Places & Countryside Seminar – Barking & Dagenham, September 11 & 12. Always the biggest parks event of any year, this year’s seminar is hosted by Barking & Dagenham who will show us their innovative approaches to the parks issues today; and delegates will as usual discuss developments and exchange case studies, all designed to make life better for a massive range of parks customers across the country.
