Terres d’Afrique has announced a collaboration with fellow South African brand Yswara to create a new line of luxurious wellness tea.

The collection is made up six blends: Ishalo Comet, Comoe Sky, Okavango Star, Mela Constellation, Meru Moon and Quirimbas Sun.
Ishalo Comet is rich in vitamin C to boost the immune system. It contains green rooibos, baobab, apple, pineapple and carrot. Comoe Sky is formulated with green tea, buchu and lemongrass and is designed to detox. Okavango Star is designed to aid digestion and features organic hibiscus, peppermint, aloe ferox and marula. Mela Constellation contains lemon verbena, green rooibos and rose to restore. Meru Moon features Honeybush, Lavender and Violet to calm and aid rest.

Stephan Helary, founder of Terres d’Afrique, described the collaboration as the embodiment of both brands’ shared admiration for the age-old benefits of tea and the healing power of plants found in the African wild.
Helary said: “The collaboration between Yswara and Terres d’Afrique is a meeting of minds. Our brands share the same philosophies, values and passion for Africa.”

Helary added: “We wanted to add taste to the wellness experiences we create. It was a logical extension to create a range of luxury African health teas to complement our treatments.”
Swaady Martin, CEO of Yswara, said: “This range harnesses African tradition. We have created these blends to reconnect people to the oneness of each other and with healing nature.”

The teas are currently stocked in the Four Seasons The Westcliffe in Johannesburg, Six Senses in the Seychelles and The Silo Hotel in Cape Town.
