The Restaurant Show simmers into action on 6-8 October
The Restaurant Show celebrates its 20th anniversary in style this year as it showcases the talents of the world's leading chefs and challenges the way we look at current menu offerings.
Taking place between the 6-8th October at Earls Court 2, London the number 20 will play a consistent theme throughout the show's festivities as 20 key reasons to visit the show have been devised by its creators.
To mark its 20th year the show will feature a dramatic new look to cement its position at the heart of the industry.
The show will feature a central food market, two on site restaurants, the Knorr National Chef of the Year Competition as well as tasting sessions and much more. There will be a top line up of 20 world-renowned chefs including Giorgio Locatelli, Atul Kochar, Michael Caines and Rachel Green who will demonstrate their skills live on stage.
Every hour on the hour chefs will demonstrate how to prepare new and exciting dishes.
This year there will be an increased focus on ethnic cuisines, in particular Asian influences.
On Tuesday, 7 October The Stage will play host to controversial panel debate in association with the charity Action Against Hunger. The debate panel will consist of high profile players in the food and drink industry. For more information about this year's show please visit the website at: www.therestaurantshow.co.uk/
