I look forward to welcoming many of you to this year’s AALARA conference.

The conference is a great way to network with other business owners including a fun evening social program of board welcome drinks, Zingara Stage Show and the gala dinner and dancing.

Of course we get down to the serious side to our business on Tuesday 13th May and Wednesday 14th May with a program focusing on leadership, innovation and business management.

On day two, industry forums (Transportable rides/Amusements, Indoor Play, Aquatics, Go Karting and Zoos/ Wildlife Parks/ Aquariums and Museums) will focus on topics of interest for each specific industry sector.

We encourage all industry operators to attend and have input into the future of your industry sector.

I am glad to see that we have a high number of small business owners registered for the Business Skills Workshop at this year’s conference.

We received encouraging feedback from the Sydney attendees who felt they could immediately apply new business skills learnt at the workshop, to improve their businesses.
