Time off is bad for your health

New research has shown that weekends are the most hazardous time for fatal heart attacks in young and middle aged men.

French doctors carrying out research into the occurrence of heart attacks among men have found that previous theories which suggested the most stressful time was at the beginning of the week might not be accurate.

The Inserm research centre found that the strains of sport, DIY and shopping make the weekends the riskiest time for heart attacks, although the antidote of lying in bed might not help, as this stiffens the back, and increases the chances of accidents during the day.
