Whisky bar to open at London Hilton
A new bar and nightclub is due to open at the London Hilton on Park Lane in June.
The bar, to be called Whisky Mist at Zeta, is the result of a partnership between the hotel and London nightclub trendsetters Piers Adams and Nick House (who have previously collaborated on the Mahiki club on Dover Street), restaurateur Jacobi Anstruther-Gough-Calthorpe and Marc Burton.
The venue, which occupies the site of the hotel’s former Zita Bar, was designed by Blacksheep – the agency behind the Cuckoo Club and Gordon Ramsay’s the Narrow.
Membership will be available to those who want increased privacy and easier late night entrance, with members each receiving a silver key designed by Jade Jagger and a personal aged bottle of whisky kept behind the bar.
