The existing Armley Leisure Centre will remain open during the first phase of construction before closing in summer 2009. Work on the new Morley Leisure Centre, which will include a 150-station Bodyline gym, a six-court sports hall, a four-court sports hall, a multi-activity hall and a dance studio, is expected to start in early 2009.
