Working in Fitness 2006 launched
The time has come again to have your say about the fitness industry through the Working in Fitness Survey.
The survey is carried out by the Register and SkillsActive and provides a valuable snapshot of the make up of the industry as well as offering those who work in it to rate their salaries, training packages, benefits and job satisfaction.
In the three years it has been running it has become recognised as an excellent mouthpiece for both employers and is taken very seriously by employees.
But, to ensure its value remains constant, as many people as possible need to take part. Last year more than 1,200 people responded and it’s hoped that figure will double this year.
Working in partnership with the Register and SkillsActive are Leisure-net Solutions, the Fitness Industry Association and FitPro who are once again offering respondents the chance to win an entry to the 2006 FitPro Business Conference to be held at Birmingham NEC on 26-27 September.
The two-day conference package includes an action packed line-up of speakers, presentations and training opportunities.
The survey is conducted online and is completely confidential. The results will be analysed by the SkillsActive research unit and published through the REPs Journal and at REPs/SkillsActive Conventions across the UK in November.
The survey will run throughout June and July, with the results and findings being compiled in late August. To take part in the survey, please go to the REPs website.
