This duo reflects our belief that body care should be treated with the same level of innovation, clinical rigour and indulgence as facial skincare

Elemis has extended its range of Pro-Collagen products from facial formulations to those for the body.

The two new products are the Pro-Collagen Body Cleansing Balm and the Pro-Collagen Marine Body Cream. Designed to be used in sequence, the balm supports and strengthens the skin’s moisture barrier and the body cream improves the appearance of firmness and elasticity.

The balm’s ingredients include saccharide isomerate, which is said to target signs of dehydration even after it is rinsed away. It also features a trio of British botanical oils for their smoothing benefits, including starflower oil, camelina and echium plantagineum.

The body cream’s formulation incorporates microalgae chlorella vulgaris, which boosts firmness. Magnesium-rich deep-sea water extracts promote long-lasting hydration and Padina pavonica ferment supports moisturisation.

The brand has introduced these products as part of a two-step body ritual that builds on established consumer trust in its existing Pro-Collagen facial range. Elemis sees the bestselling Pro-Collagen products as a multi-category growth engine.

Noella Gabriel, CEO and co-founder of Elemis, says: “Pro-Collagen is one of the most loved and trusted franchises in skincare, and with the launch of Pro-Collagen Bodycare, we are extending this expertise beyond the face for the first time.

“This duo reflects our belief that bodycare should be treated with the same level of innovation, clinical rigour and indulgence as facial skincare,” added Gabriel. “The result is a ritual that not only feels luxurious, but delivers visible results for the skin on your body.”

The Pro-Collagen Body Cleansing Balm retails for £45 (US$57, €53) and the Pro-Collagen Marine Body Cream costs £70 (US$89, €82).
