The £113m Coventry Ricoh Arena – which opened for business last summer – has launched its two-floor Arena Health and Fitness Club.
The 20,000sq ft (1,860sq m) club, with views across a 32,000-seat football stadium and pitch, has been equipped with more than 90 pieces of Matrix cardiovascular and strength equipment from Johnson Health Tech UK.
The gym – which has the capacity for 3,000 members – currently has a membership base of 1,400. Coventry Sports Trust is responsible for operating the facility.
The Arena also features a concert venue and adjoining hotel.
