A colourful life

Glasgow’s House for an Art Lover is holding an exhibition of work by Scottish artist and printmaker Fiona Wilson, entitled A Colourful Life from 3 October to 20 November.

A graduate of the Glasgow School of Art in graphic design, Wilson’s talents were recognised early on when she was commissioned for various collaged illustration work.

More recently, her series of 10 vivid cityscape acrylic and collaged pieces were exhibited at the Forthringham Gallery and her first solo show with the Scottish Arts Council, an illustrative collection entitled The Red Shoes, was shown at the Lyth Arts Centre in Wick.

Coinciding with the 10 year anniversary of the House for an Art Lover, this exhibition contains stunning images and contrasting textures.
