Bellezi collaborates with Neurosonic Technologies to create Deepsense wellness concept

The conversation with spa operators has changed. They're no longer asking how to add another treatment. They're asking how to create more value throughout the entire guest journey while keeping their operations efficient

Bellezi, the Dutch-founded spa furniture manufacturer, has created a touchless wellness concept called Deepsense in collaboration with low-frequency vibroacoustic technology firm Neurosonic Technologies.

Deepsense represents Bellezi’s integration of vibroacoustic technology into selected models of its wellness furniture. These percussive experiences are operated via the company’s Deepsense app.

Bellezi has introduced this concept to meet spa and hotel operator demand for wellness solutions that extend beyond treatment rooms. The company is adapting to the market’s shifted focus from traditional relaxation concepts to those that encompass recovery and nervous system regulation.

Daan Koppelman, international account manager and member of Bellezi's research and development team, said: "The conversation with spa operators has changed. They're no longer asking how to add another treatment. They're asking how to create more value throughout the entire guest journey while keeping their operations efficient. Deepsense was developed to answer exactly that question."

The addition of low-frequency vibration technology to furniture in spaces such as waiting areas, relaxation or recovery rooms is expected to enable operators to create new revenue opportunities by unlocking underused spaces and creating a more varied selection of services for guests.

The Deepsense app’s Business Mode enables operators to tailor vibroacoustic programmes and session lengths to match their own service requirements – for relaxation, recovery or activation.

The app also analyses the ways in which individual wellness spaces integrated with the technology are being used. These insights include occupancy-related figures, which can inform operational decisions.

Neurosonic Technologies is a Finnish company that specialises in low-frequency nervous system regulation vibroacoustic technology.
