Jill Carlen assumes new role as vice president of business development for Living Earth Crafts

Spa and wellness equipment manufacturer Living Earth Crafts (LEC) has named Jill Carlen as vice president of business development.

Carlen joins LEC with over 20 years of leadership experience in the spa, wellness and hospitality industries. Her career spans operations, spa development, business development, and new openings for established wellness brands including Bliss, Ritz-Carlton, Hilton, St. Regis, Auberge and L’Occitane, among others.

Carlen’s wellness background also includes a leadership role as Hilton’s global director of spa and served on the executive committee of the International Spa Association (ISPA) Board.

In her new role, Carlen will be responsible for business development in Earthlite’s growing LEC Division. Based in Baltimore, MD, she’ll be responsible for creating business solutions for LEC’s diverse set of spa and wellness clients.
