Spa L'OCCITANE brings a taste of Provence to Zhongshan

At Spa L'Occitane, the brand’s natural-based products – certified by B-Corp – seamlessly blend with expert manual massage techniques, creating a holistic experience that blends into a multi-sensorial dimension with scientifically proven efficacy.

Inspired by the art of living in Provence, the brand’s newly renovated Zhongshan spa in Taiwan, an iconic location within the Spa L’OCCITANE network, reflects the brand’s new spa concept to perfection, blending cultural heritage with natural beauty, evoking the region’s timeless charm.

The design features traditional stone benches, a serene fountain in the entrance courtyard and iconic Provençal elements like tiled roofs, arched windows and soft-hued walls. An olive tree, proudly symbolising Provence, stands at the entrance, welcoming visitors into a world of relaxation and wellbeing.

Inside, the atmosphere is immediately immersive and the soothing fragrance of L’Occitane en Provence envelops guests upon entry.

Bright, spacious relaxation areas and serene treatment rooms create a tranquil environment where guests can experience the expertise of professional therapists, indulging in complete physical and mental rejuvenation.

A holistic approach to beauty and wellbeing

In response to the ever-evolving landscape of wellbeing, Spa L'OCCITANE has reimagined its offerings, proposing a curated selection of holistic treatments categorised into two main repertoires:

Signature TreatmentsBlending tradition, heritage and innovation, these body and face treatments reflect the brand’s deep expertise.

Crafted around four pillars of holistic wellbeing, some treatments have been scientifically tested in collaboration with L’OCCITANE en Provence laboratories and prestigious institutions like the European Sleep Center to measure their impact on overall wellbeing or sleep quality.

Iconic signature treatments include the 90-minute Sleep & Reset Massage designed to help restore the natural sleep cycle. Enhanced by guided breathing techniques, Balinese massage movements and iconic products from the brand like the the Immortelle Overnight Reset Oil-in-Serum, the treatment releases tension and prepares the body for a good night’s sleep, showing a 40 per cent improvement in sleep quality and a 30 per cent reduction in time to fall asleep.

Tailored and complementary treatments

Rooted in the values of Provençal generosity and hospitality, these personalised treatments offer a uniquely tailored experience. Clients can select from a range of face and body treatments, with the option to add complementary services such as a facial massage, eye lifting rituals, Gua Sha experiences, scalp massages and neck and décolleté treatments.
