Yates acquisition fuels Morrells' expansion
By
The Morrells of Oxford Group will expand its Que Pasa concept after the acquisition of eight bars from the Yates Group.
The acquired sites in Grantham, Leicester, Solihll, Tunbridge Wells and London will be used to launch the nationwide expansion of the Que Pasa concept bar, which first opened in the centre of Oxford 18 months ago.
'We have spent considerable time refining and adapting the concept to suit all trading hours, and feel we now have a top class and flexible environment which meets the changing needs of different types of customer throughout the day,' said Paul Beadle, chief executive of Morrells.
