GAIA Skincare forges ahead with EU growth

Each five-star, intentional touch in our treatments is essential to maintaining Gaia’s high standards

Female-founded spa and wellness brand GAIA Skincare is continuing a strong growth trajectory in the EU, having just announced a new account in Ireland and continuing to offer support to its first spa partner in Romania, Casa Timis.

Earlier this quarter, Jessica Scullion, Gaia’s global head of sales, spent time connecting with the team at the family-owned hotel and spa in Chițorani, located a short distance from Bucharest.

It was clear there was a powerful synergy between Gaia and Casa Timis – as both businesses share the same nature-driven brand ethos.

Casa Timis’ vision is to offer every guest an exceptional and memorable hospitality experience, complemented by acres of nature for them to nurture their wellness.

Scullion experienced the property’s Embrace Spa, which offers healing holistic therapies and rituals, including a range of GAIA treatments, in its stunning spa, complete with saunas, hydro facilities and a yoga studio.

After spending time with Ana Maria, the spa's manager, Scullion was able to understand even more deeply how Gaia can support the spa team and their plans for future growth.

Scullion shared: “While visiting the spa, my gifted therapist Pradeep treated me to my favourite Raindrop Therapy Ritual. Each five-star, intentional touch in our treatments is essential to maintaining Gaia’s high standards, and the family has handpicked the spa team themselves to ensure this level of care is consistently upheld.”

Shortly after Scullion’s trip to Casa Timis, Gaia announced its brand new partnership with The Address Collective in Sligo, on the west coast of Ireland. Following the news, the property is on track to enhance its spa menu with a range of nourishing Gaia treatments later this quarter.
